As a Holistic Health Coach, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and Personal Trainer:
I have a holistic view on health and wellness. I believe that our physical bodies exist in a harmonic, energetic balance with our mind, spirit, and environment, and that when we lose this balance, physical symptoms arise. My health coaching specialty is identifying and addressing lifestyle behaviors contributing to the physical health symptoms of chronic stress. I aim to provide my clients every possible tool to optimize their exercise, nutrition, and mindfulness habits in order to restore their mental and physical health- two aspects of our overall well being that I see as being intrinsically linked.
